The warranties stated herein ap-

ply to the original purchaser of the

product warranted herein and to

each succeeding owner of the

product purchased for ordinary

home use during the term of the

warranty.

Please make sure to return your

registration card; while not neces-

sary to effectuate warranty cover-

age, it is the best way for BSH to

notify you in the unlikely event of

a safety notice or product recall.

21.2 How Long the

Warranty Lasts

BSH warrants that the Product is

free from defects in materials and

workmanship for a period of three

hundred sixty-five (365) days from

the date of the original purchase.

The foregoing timeline begins to

run upon the date of the original

purchase, and shall not be stalled,

tolled, extended, or suspended,

for any reason whatsoever. This

Product is also warranted to be

free from cosmetic defects in ma-

terial and workmanship (such as

scratches of stainless steel, paint/

porcelain blemishes, chip, dents,

or other damage to the finish) of

the Product, for a period of thirty

(30) days from the date of pur-

chase or closing date for new con-

struction. This cosmetic warranty

excludes slight color variations

due to inherent differences in

painted and porcelain parts, as

well as differences caused by

kitchen lighting, product location,

or other similar factors. This cos-

metic warranty specifically ex-

cludes any display, floor, “As Is”,

or “B” stock appliances.

21.3 Extended Warranty

BSH also provides these addi-

tional limited warranties:

5 year limited warranty on elec-

tronics: BSH will repair or re-

place any BSH microprocessor

or printed circuit board if it

proves to be defective in mate-

rials or workmanship (excludes

labor charges).

5 year limited warranty on dish

racks: BSH will replace the up-

per or lower dish rack (exclud-

ing rack components), if the

rack proves defective in materi-

als or workmanship (excludes

labor charges).

Lifetime warranty against stain-

less steel rust through: BSH will

repair or replace your dish-

washer with the same model or

a current model that is substan-

tially equivalent or better in

functionality, if the inner liner

should rust through (excludes

labor charges).

BSH will repair or replace the

stainless steel door if the door

should rust through (excludes

labor charges).

Remedy

During this warranty period, BSH

or one of its authorized service

providers will repair your Product

without charge to you (subject to
