Encryption
Use this menu item to enable the HTTPS protocol.
Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure (HTTPS) is a communication protocol in the World Wide Web used
to protect data from interception during transmission. The HTTPS protocol is used to encrypt and
authenticate the communication between the web server of the NEXO-OS and the web browser, e.g.
Firefox.
The web server of the NEXO-OS is preset to HTTP port 80. When HTTPS is activated, the NEXO-OS
web server is set to port 443.
