
The motor-sided connector socket and the cable-sided coupling have to be
fitted onto each other and screwed to each other manually. Their structure is
therefore mirror-inverted, i.e., they have a different contact arrangement.
Observe the mechanical coding.

Temperature sensor
MAD/MAF motors feature two PTC temperature sensors KTY84-130 which
are permanently installed in the motor winding. For additional information on

Before reconnecting the sensor, take measures regarding
ESD protection.

If the sensor is to be used externally for temperature meas‐
urement, proper polarity has to be ensured when it is con‐
nected.
