Web-Based Management (WBM)

8.1

General information

The Web-Based Management (WBM) serves to configure the Sercos field

bus coupler. An Internet browser is needed in order to use the WBM. Enter

the IP address of the field bus coupler into the address bar (e.g., http://

192.168.1.1). For information on how to assign an IP address to the field bus

coupler, please refer to

chapter 7.3 "Assigning IP Address" on page 44

A password prompt is displayed when connecting for the first time. The user

names and passwords are explained in

chapter 8.2 "User Administration" on

page 47
