There is at least still one output
with a parameterized switch-off
delay in the switch-off process
FS
flash‐
ing
The module is retained in the
safe state.
Wait for the completion of the
switch-off process and send param‐
eter data again to the module.

+ 0x023X
The parameterization of two rela‐
ted outputs does not correspond
to the dual-channel setting
Correct the value and send the pa‐
rameter data again to the module.
0x6320
+ 0x02EX
The parameterized switch-off de‐
lay time is outside the permitted
value range
Correct the value and send the pa‐
rameter data again to the module.
0x6320
+ 0x029X
For outputs parameterized as
dual-channel, different settings
than for the switch-off delay were
assigned
Correct the value and send the pa‐
rameter data again to the module.
0x6320
+ 0x03F2
Calculated and received check‐
sum of the parameter data does
not match
Check checksum and send param‐
eter data again to the module.

The module temperature reached a criti‐
cal value. The switch-off is imminent. If
the temperature increases more, the
module goes into the safe state using the
device firmware.
Check the ambient conditions and
switching frequency and modify
them if required.
