due to the use of instable and/or inappropriate attachment points!

▶ Use the two ring bolts supplied by the factory, see Fig. 3.

 

▶ Check the ring bolts for hand-tight seat.

 

▶ Observe the maximum length and load-bearing capacity of the attachment devices.
