26 | Electrical connections
The water heater requires an electrical power supply from a
120VAC / 60Hz properly rated receptacle and must be
properly grounded.
The water heater is wired as shown in the wiring diagram
(chapter 12, Fig. 34).

Note: The power supply that the appliance is plugged into
should be protected from possible water damage. Observe
proper clearance to avoid damages.
7.2
Position of the fuses in control unit
To check the fuse, proceed as follows:
▶ Disconnect the unit from the power supply before
removing the front cover.
▶ Remove the front cover, see fig. 3, page 9.
▶ Remove the two phillips head screws securing the control
unit.
▶ Disconnect all the cables from the control unit.
▶ Press the four snaps of the control unit and remove the
cover.

▶ Press the four snaps inside the control unit and remove the
PCB.
▶ Check the fuse on the printed circuit board, for electrical
continuity, see fig. 22, [1].

▶ After checking the fuse, reinstall all parts in reverse order.
