HMI Communication Failure
R
Visually, check if the HMI communication cable is dam-
aged.
R
Check the status of HMI power.
R
Contact customer service.

R
The <Emergency> key is pressed.
R
Emergency cable damaged.
R
Unlock both Emergency stop buttons.
Error code 02 is displayed continuously for 30 seconds
till the EPS 610 can be started again.

R
The test oil level is less than the predefined value.
R
Oil level sensor cable damaged.
R
Check the quantity of oil available in the tank. At least
30 lts of test oil should be available in the tank.

Contact customer service.

Tank temperature exceeds 65 °C.

Check if the tank temperature sensor connection is
loose.
R
Check the water temperature. It should be in the range
of 17

C to 20

C.
