Mounting with Solar Frame, glued on backside

The mounting material supplied is suitable for a carrier plate with a material thickness of 1 mm to
13 mm.
•
The mounting holes are sealed with the supplied adhesive.
•
This type of installation can be carried out by one person.
Follow the instructions for
using the AT-8040 adhesive
in this chapter!
Mounting parameters:
Thickness of the mounting surface
1 mm to 3 mm
4 mm to 13 mm
Mounting set 0 mm – 3 mm
Mounting set 4 mm – 13 mm
Tightening torque of the flange nuts M5
hand-tight
Mounting steps:
1.
Mark holes using the Solar Frame
2.
Drill holes
3.
Fix the gluing studs according to the gluing instructions
4.
Wait for the adhesive to harden
5.
Activate gateway
6.
Connect Solar Frame connector to gateway
7.
Insert the gateway into the Solar Frame from below
8.
Mount the supplied washers
9.
Mounting according to exploded view
10.
Check that all four mounting points hold the Solar Frame
11.
Close the screw holes with the supplied plugs
