Time in minutes of low signal strength (red LED on cellular communicator) before the control
panel creates a Cellular Low Signal event.
Low signal is defined as 80% of the measurements taken during the time period are below the
threshold).
The B465 creates a Cellular Low Signal Restoral event when the signal strength is good (green
LED on cellular communicator) for the number of seconds this Reporting Delay for Low Signal
Strength parameter.
Good signal is defined as 80% of the measurements taken during the time period are above
the threshold.
