The line is constructed in accordance with the state of the art and is

operationally safe. However, if used improperly, dangers for the user or third

parties and impairments to the machine and other property can still be

caused.

The following residual risks remain despite all precautions:

Notice!

Installation, startup and maintenance must be carried out as described in

this manual. This is also part of a Intended use of the machine according to

the regulations.

DANGER!

In manual mode it is possible to bypass certain guard doors by way of the

key--operated switch. Due to this, machine movements can be executed

when the guard doors are open.
While doing so there is a risk of injury!
Only authorized persons are allowed to bypass the guard doors. These

persons must be familiar with the machine sequence and must be familiar

with the possible dangers. In manual mode the machine must be operated

by one person only.

WARNING!

The line has rotating machine parts.

Unbound long hair, loose clothes, jewelry etc. can be caught and drawn in

by rotating machine parts. This can cause severe injuries.

Wear close fitting clothes. Protect long hair with a hair net.

WARNING!

In the event of an emergency stop the compressed air supply is not

switched off.

Prior to accessing the pneumatic system, render the pneumatic system

unpressurized using the hand valve provided at the respective station.
