H
Lay out the chest harness so that the braces
and the horizontal chest strap are not
twisted and the adjustment buckles and the
front belay loops lie on the outside.
I
Put the chest harness on like a jacket.
J
Thread the chest strap through the connec-
tion loop thereby connecting it to the seat
harness.
K
Close the buckle fastener on the front. The
width can be adjusted steplessly at the left
side. Set the width of the chest strap so that
the harness can be worn easily and comfor-
tably when closed, but is not too loose.
L
Set the height of the chest harness so that
the horizontal chest strap is approx. one
hand width below the armpits.
The length should be adjusted so that the seat
harness is slightly taut when the wearer is in an
upright position without restricting freedom of
movement.
Conduct a suspension test in a safe place to
check the settings.
CAUTION:
Check the fasteners and adjustment buckles
regularly during use.
CAUTION THREAT TO LIFE:
Do not use the material loops to belay or for
positioning!
REMOVING
Take off the full body harness in reverse order.
