Operating instructions

Working pressure:

2-6BAR

Gauge pressure:

0-18BAR

Gauge precision:

±1PSI

Gauge units:

PSI, BAR, KPA

Warning!

1. Check and make sure the air inflating gun is well before working.

2. Sealing gasket, O-ring and rubber pipe part,if find any deformation or damage must be changed

3. As some components of this air inflating gun are made of plastic, they cannot be touched with medium of acid and base,to avoid any corrosion damage.

4. Ordering to keep healthy an safety, if the noise lever is higher than 185dB(A), it’s necessary to use earplug.

5. To make safety, during work it should release the trigger discontinuity to check pressure whether meet request pressure of tire using, avoid any damaged of

tire because of high pressure.

Figure 1

1. Before operation, check whether the tire pressure gun is in good condition, and whether the trigger and

bayonet rotation are flexible.

2. Connect the compressed air source to the air inlet of the tire pressure gun (shown in Figure 1).

3. Insert the nozzle of the tire pressure gun onto the valve core of the tire to be inflated (as shown in Figure 1),

press the opening key on the left side of the tire pressure gauge to display the pressure, press the switch on the

right side.

4. Pull the trigger to the end to achieve the purpose of inflation. At this time, the pressure gauge shows the value

is “0” (shown in Figure 2).

5. After filling a certain amount of air, release the trigger and check the pressure gauge to see if the value reaches

the required pressure (The pressure gauge shows the internal pressure of the tire after inflation).

6.1 When the displayed air pressure is low, continue to inflate the tires by following steps 4 and 5.

6.2 When the displayed air pressure is high, gently pull the trigger (feel the air is leaking at the valve stem,

pressure gauge.

The pointer will slowly drop, you can't pull the trigger to the end) and deflate until the pressure gauge shows

The value reaches the required pressure (shown in Figure 3).

7. After the operation is finished, disconnect the air compression source, remove the bayonet from the valve

core.
