Operating Instructions
Selecting Personal Parameters
1. Press
SET
Key to turn the device on
(every time turn on scale to set it)
. Select one of the flashing personal data results/
profiles (n=0-11), press the up arrow key or the down arrow key (to increase or decrease and choose the number which you
want (the device can store up to 12 settings) then press
SET
to confirm. If there is no action within 3 seconds, system will
confirm automatically the current flashing number is the current user measurement data.
2. After storing the user profile, the gender selection symbol will start flashing. Press the up arrow key or the down arrow key
to select your gender. Press
SET
to confirm, if there is no operation, it will turn off automatically within 20 seconds.
3. After storing the gender, the age symbol will start flashing. Press the up arrow key or the down arrow key to adjust the age
value, press
SET.
To conform if there is no operation, it will turn off automatically within 20 seconds.
4. After storing your age, the height symbol will start flashing. Press the up arrow key or the down arrow key to adjust the
height value, press
SET.
To conform if there is no operation, it will turn off automatically within 20 seconds.
5. After storing all the data, the device will display “0.0”, which indicates that you can proceed to the calculation of fat.
Measurements
A. Calculating weight
1) Under the turn off, please move on repose fully the scale, screen will show your weight, after 3 times, it will be locked.
2) If there is no operation,it will be turn off automatically within 10 seconds.
B. Measurement:
Body fat, water, muscle, bone, calorie, weight, BMI
Please bare feet stand steadily on the scale ,feet with two electrode contact, body don’t swing. The screen will show your
weight value, stability weight data flashing three time then be locked, it will indicate fat,water, muscle, bone, calorie, weight
,each measurement value will be displayed for two seconds, alternating cycle three times after the automatic shut-down.
