Safety instructions
When you are using the electric hoist, please pay attention to safety, follow the following operating procedures;
1. Before using the electric hoist, be sure to read and understand this manual carefully. The installation of the electric hoist must be chosen to meet the needs
and fixed place. And check regularly whether the installation of the electric hoist is firm.
2. The weight of the electric hoist is limited. Please do not overload, and do not lift object while the free space is not clear (including hanging buried objects,
cable, oblique, etc.)! Overload will damage the electric hoist and(or) wire rope, increasing the unsafe factors during operation. When lifting, it is recommended
to use pulleys for double rope operation, which reduces the load on ropes and other major components by 50%.
3. The electric hoist is s3-20% (25%) 10min work system design (that means work 2min and rest 8min).
Please do not use it for a long time, over use will increase the operation of the insecurity, serious damage to the motor.
4. Do not 'stretch' objects while the electric hoist is working, otherwise it will increase the load of electric hoist, leading electric hoist and wire rope in the
overload state.
5. Keep the electric hoist working environment clean end tidy. Do not let the miscellaneous personnel get close, do not let anyone touch the tightened wire
rope,strictly prohibited any person standing under the electric hoist while it is running.
6. If you need to replace the wire rope, the model specifications must be consistent with the original wire rope.
7. When operating the wire rope, please wear thick leather gloves and do not let the rope slide from your hand, otherwise the broken wire may cut your hand.
8. At the end of the operation of the electric hoist, put the rope into the rope tube, please do not use your hand to guide the arrangement of wire rope.
9. Keep the hook away from the steel rope, do not use electric hoist wire rope, bolt to hanging objects, otherwise it will damage the wire rope. Please use other
suitable ropes when you hold the hanging object.
10. The stopper is configured as a safety device, which ensures that the rising circuit is automatically cut off when the hook rises to the limit position. Do not
use the limiter as a travel switch.
11. Do not use electric hoist to lift people or to load the elevator, the electric hoist is not used to raise people.
12. The choice of miniature electric hoist installation location, in order to make warning signs and indicative signs in a prominent state, because the need for
correct operation according to the relevant signs.
13. Please make sure that the electric hoist runs without any trouble.
14. In the case of alcohol, illness, medication, please do not operate the electric hoist.
15. Do not work under the electric hoist while the electric hoist is working.
16. Please use the fixed attachments provided with the electric hoist, or may cause danger.
17. When lifting objects with a miniature electric hoist, ensure that at least three turns of wire rope are kept on the rope drum to prevent the rope from
falling Off, in order to prevent the wire rope from too much stress.
Installation
Open the packing box. Please make sure to take off the adhesive tape wrapped around the steel wire of the rope.
The installation position of the miniature electric hoist is determined according to the needs of the work. Recommended to install it in a special electric hoist
bracket, and should be solid and reliable.
The wire rope should avoid direct contact with the limit frame, otherwise it will lead to failure caused by the limit switch. Then the electric hoist couldn't
work normally.
Do not let the electric hoist was soaked in the rain or water, electric hoist protection level is ip40.
The fixed mini electric hoist should use six hexagon head bolts, washers, spring washers and other accessories. To ensure that all departments properly in-
stalled, and forced away from the plate hand tighten the bolt, see the attached "installation. On diagram." To ensure that the fixed ring (or other place pieces)
tightly press the mounting rod (rod or bar). The electric hoist body cannot move or rotate along the rod the standard power supply of the miniature electric

Make sure that all cables are kept in proper distance with the rotating or heating parts on the mini electric hoist switch.

micro electric hoist is running, and the hook is rising. According to the "emergency stop switch", while micro electric hoist motor up loop, down loop are
disconnected, according to the "rise" switch "down switch" micro electric hoist is not running, "emergency stop switch" must be reset in order to make the
micro electric hoist work. Miniature electric hoist should cut off the power supply, do isolation measures while the machine is in unattended operation, Do
not hang heavy objects in the air for a long time in case of permanent deformation or accident.
3.1f the machine is falling , the red paint of the last three ring wire rope can not be released. If continue to fall, the wire rope will be wound around the upper
rope leading to electric hoist upside down operation reversed, making the limit switch out of action.
