Allows the well to be tilted for draining 

Briefly touching this button displays the Well tilt menu. 
A longer press (over a second) allows touch control, sliding your finger (upwards: lowers the well – 
downwards: tilts the well into the drain position), the well will tilt as long as the touch is maintained. 
Tilting will stop if the touch is released. 

Touch and hold to raise or lower the well. Tilting will stop if the touch is released. 
The green ‘Lower’ button: the well is lowered (horizontal): cooking is possible 

The "AUTO" buttons are active and selected until the well stops. 
Any contact with the screen stops an automatic tilt 

24  CLEANING MENU 

24.1 

Manual cleaning at the end of service (Assisted) 

- Start the appliance. 
- Wait a few seconds for the welcome screen to clear. 
- Check that the drain outlet is closed 
- Ensure the well is lowered (horizontal) 

"Tilting the well"

- Press the Service tab then the touch button: 

"START" will commence a cleaning cycle.

- The screen indicates the phases included in the cycle as well as information on the quantity of chemicals to use (detergent to be put 

into the well) and running time.

- When cleaning is finished the screen displays : 

 

Rinse the well with the spray hose then press 
"YES" when finished.
