Brewing Instructions:
1. Remove the glass carafe and the filter
basket from the brewer.
2. Raise the lid of the water tank and
pour in the required volume of fresh,
filtered, cold water to the desired
batch size. Do not fill above the MAX
line.

3. Fold over the seamed edges of a
# 4 paper filter and place it in the filter
basket. Scoop the ground coffee into
the paper filter.

4. Place the filter basket on the carafe
(without lid) and put both back on the
warming plate.

5. Press the ON/OFF button. The ON/
OFF will then light up showing that the
machine is operating.

6. After the brewing process is complete,
remove the carafe with brewed coffee
and the filter basket from the brewer.
Audible alarm will sound when complete.
7. For maximum heat retention, place the
lid on the carafe shortly after the brew
cycle is complete.
8. The brewer is equipped with a warm-
ing plate to maintain your coffee’s
temperature. This keep warm function
will shut off after 1.5 hours or can be
shut off by hitting the power switch at
any point before this.
OPERATIONS
Optional Pre-Soak (Pre-Infusion):
For brewing freshly roasted coffee:
1. Press the Pre-Soak button. The Pre-Soak
will light up to indicate this mode is ready.
2. Press the ON/OFF button as with normal
brewing.
3. After Pre-Soak, the Pre-Soak light will turn
off.
4. Brewing process will continue as regular
brewing.
Before first use:
1. Remove packaging materials, labels, and stickers from the coffee brewer.
2. Wash filter basket and glass carafe with a mild dish detergent.
3. Read the BREWING INSTRUCTIONS section.
4. Clean the brewer by filling the water tank with fresh, fitered, cold water to the MAX line.
5. Turn on the brewer, and allow the water to run through a brew cycle.
6. Let the brewer cool down for 5 minutes before repeating the process at least 2 more
times before brewing coffee.
