• Warning: Hot steam is released from the lid! Danger of burning!
• Do not allow decalcifi cation agents to come into contact with the hot plate!
• Do not move or touch the device when it is in operation. The unit gets very hot.
• You should only use the supplied accessories.
• Allow the unit to cool down before you put it away.
First Use of the Machine
• Take out all the parts carefully out of the packing. Save the packing and the inner
packing material for the whole duration of the warranty.
• Clean the device before using it for the fi rst time as described in „Cleaning“.
Mains Lead
Unwind the required mains lead from the base.
Operation
1. Place the machine on a fl at surface.
2. Fill the cooking bowl with the amount of water signaled on the measuring beaker for the
number of eggs to be boiled.
Please note:
As the degree of cooking depends on several factors, it is advisable in the case of
large (egg sizes L and XL) or cold eggs to use slightly more water. If the eggs are too
hard, please pour slightly less water than stated in the cooking bowl, or slightly more
if the eggs are too soft.
3. The markings on the beaker have the following meaning:
soft
weich
mollet
medium
mittel
medium
hard
hart
dur
for soft-boiled eggs.

4. Insert the egg tray.
