Always ensure that the power cord is unplugged and that the appliance is cold before cleaning or filling it.
-
Use a damp, clean cloth to clean the appliance.
-
Never immerse the appliance in water or other liquids.

Descaling the tank:
-
Depending on the quality of the water used, a limescale deposit can build up on the bottom of the warmer base over time.
You should regularly descale your bottle warmer by pouring a mixture of 100 ml of hot water + 100 ml of white vinegar into
the warmer base.
-
Leave this to act for approximately 30 minutes before emptying the base and wipe off with a damp cloth.
-
Do not use any detergents to clean the appliance.
COMMON ISSUES
The contents of the bottle do not heat up properly:
this is often due to the fact that there is not enough water in the warmer
base. Try adding some water. This will also influence the heating time.
The bottle warmer does not heat up:
-
Check if the appliance has been properly plugged in and turned on
-
Remove the layer of limescale that has formed in the warmer base if necessary

In case you suspect that your appliance has a defect or malfunction, if it is not working properly or when the appliance itself
or the power cord are damaged, call the after-sales service. Do not use it until it has been checked by a professional. Never
