1. Important safeguards
a) Read all safety instructions very carefully, to well understand how to use the Pressure Cooker;
b)  This Pressure Cooker is to be used exclusively in domestic food preparation. Do not use this 

Pressure Cooker for any other subject;

c) Do not touch hot surfaces of the Pressure Cooker, use handles only;
d)  Close supervision is necessary when the Pressure Cooker is used near children. It is not 

intended to be used by children;

e) Be aware that certain foods, such as fruits juice, cranberries, pearl barley, popcorn, alcohol, and 

others, oil that might damage the security valves;  

f) Before use be certain that every valve is well cleaned and in function;
g) Do not use the Pressure Cooker to fry food;
h) Never cover the security valves;
i) Do not place the Pressure Cooker in a heated oven;
j) Never attempt to open the lid while the unit is operating. Do not open the Pressure Cooker 

until the unit has cooled and all the internal Pressure has been released. If the lid is difficult to 

open, this can indicate that the Pressure Cooke is still pressurized. Do not force it to open. Any 

pressure in the cooker can be hazardous.

k) Extreme caution must be used when moving a Pressure Cooker containing hot liquids or food;
l) The Pressure Cooker is under pressure. Improper usage may result in scalding injury;
m)  Food preparation or water must not pass 2/3 of the total volume of the Pressure Cooker. Rice 

and dehydrated vegetables must not pass 1/3 of the total volume. For this food the ideal is 1 /4;

n) Wash by hand after use and keep it well dry;
o) Do not use the pressure cooker without adding water. This can seriously damage the pressure 

cooker.

2. Instructions for use
2.1) Before 1st utilization.
 -  Read very carefully this instruction booklet
 -  Remove any packing material and promotional labels from your Pressure Cooker; 
 -  Put water and milk inside the Pressure Cooker. Close the unit about 10 minutes until the vapor 

starts to go out from the rotative valve; Stop heating and wait until the vapor comes out and 

that open the lid

2.2) Cooking
1. Make shore that every valve is clean;
2. Fil the Pressure Cooker with water until 2/ 3 of total volume and that put the food until  

1/ 3 of the total volume of the Pressure Cooker. Do not put more than 1/ 4 in case of rice and 

vegetables;

3. Before closing, you should turn the knob to the left in order to adjust the crossbar to the lid. 

Afterwards slide the lid horizontally along the edge of the pot, so that the crossbar pulls over 

the stainless steel handles. Check that the lid is properly settled.
