STEP 1
BE CAREFUL TO ASSEMBLE ALL COMPONENTS
IN THE SEQUENCE THAT THEY ARE PRESENTED.
NOTE:
finger tighten all hardware in this step. DO NOT wrench tighten
until the last step. some components may be pre-assembled.
nylon lock nuts will not fully screw onto bolts, must wrench tighten.
1A. attach e-z bar frame (B) to mainframe (A) using:
2 - (#1) M10X70mm hex head bolt
2 - (#5) M10 washer
2 - (#4) M10 lock nut
1B. attach base frame (C) to mainframe (A) using:
1 - (#2) M10X65mm hex head bolt
2 - (#5) M10 washer
1 - (#4) M10 lock nut
1C. insert end caps onto both ends of e-z bar frame (B)
and base frame (C) using:
4 - (#8) 2”X2” foot cap
1D. stick rubber bar cushions onto the top surfaces of
the uprights of e-z bar frame (B) using:
2 - (#10) 1 1/2”X1 1/2” rubber bar cushion
2 - (#11) 1 1/2”X3” rubber bar cushion
