Read  all  instructions before  using the  GPA-3.

These  instructions are  written to  ensure  your safety 
and to  protect the  unit.

О   Do  not allow children  on  or near the  equipment.

О   Use the  equipm ent only for its  intended  purpose

as described  in this guide.  Do  not use  accessory 
attachm ents that are  not recom m ended  by the 
manufacturer.  Such  attachm ents m ight cause 
injuries.

W ear proper exercise  clothing  and  shoes for your 
workout,  no  loose  clothing.

О   Use  care when  getting  on  or off the  unit.

О   Do  not overexert yourself o r w o rk to  exhaustion.

О   If you feel  any  pain  or abnorm al  symptoms,  stop

your workout im m ediately  and  consult your 
physician.

О   Never operate  unit when  it has  been  dropped  or

damaged.  Return  the  equipm ent to  a  service 
center for exam ination  and  repair.

О   Never drop  or insert objects into  any opening  in

the  equipment.

Alw ays check the  unit before  each  use.  Make  sure 
tha t all  fasteners are  secure  and  in  good working 
condition.

Do  not use  the  equipm ent outdoors or near water.

ensure  correct operation.  If you  experience  problems, 
first recheck the  assem bly  instructions to  locate  any 

possible  errors  made  during  assembly.  If you  are  unable

Read  each  step  in  the  assem bly  instructions and 

follow  the  steps in  sequence.  Do  not skip  ahead.

If you  skip  ahead,  you  may  learn  later that you 
have to  disassem ble  com ponents and  that you 
may  have  dam aged the  equipment.

Assem ble  and  operate  the  GPA-3 on  a solid,  level 
surface.  Locate the  unit a  few feet from  the  walls 
or furniture  to  provide  easy  access.
