6. When the user presets TIME/DISTANCE/CALORIE, all three parameters

the same time. Whichever counts down to zero first, the treadmill stops and returns to ready
mode

Note
:
When the user preset only two parameters, whichever counts down to zero first, the
treadmill stop, even though the un-preset parameter is still counting.

Modes
1. In ready mode, press press
the
FAST/SLOW button to select the build-in program. You may
also press
the
“START” button to start the workout.
2. You may adjust the parameter value as need
ed
. Press
the
“ENTER” button to enter
the
TIME
setting. Press FAST/SLOW or UP/DOWN to adjust
the
parameter value. You may press
the
“START” button to directly begin the workout if you don’t want to go
to the
next step for
parameter adjustment and
the
time window will begin to count down until zero and
then
stop.
HRC Mode
1. In ready mode, press FAST/SLOW to choose
the
HRC mode. You may press
the
“START”
button to begin the workout.
2. You may adjust the parameter value as need
ed
. Press
the
“ENTER” button to enter
the
TIME
setting and FAST/SLOW or UP/DOWN to adjust
the
parameter value.
3. When
the
time setting is
completed
, press “ENTER” to enter
the
AGE setting
and
FAST/SLOW or UP/DOWN to adjust
the
parameter value.
4. When
the
age setting is
completed
, press “ENTER” to enter
the
WEIGHT setting and
FAST/SLOW or UP/DOWN to adjust
the
parameter value.
5. When
the
weight setting is
completed
, press “ENTER” to enter
the
TARGET HR VALUE
setting and FAST/SLOW or UP/DOWN to adjust
the
parameter value.
6. When
the
target HR value setting is
completed
, press “ENTER” to return to the first setting
parameter.
AUDIO FUNCTION
There is an Audio Input (
) on the front of the console and built-in speakers. You may plug
any low-level audio source signal into this port. Audio sources include MP3, Ipod, portable
radio, CD player or even a TV or computer audio signal.

Console is without safety key. Please put on the safety key.

No speed signal is received in 10 seconds. Please make sure of the proper gap distance between the
magnet in front roller pulley and the sensor. The proper gap distance is 3mm.

Overloaded current or lower controller fault
