Step 5 
 

Attach the right handlebar (5) to the right foot 
pedal tube (9).  Secure using one hex head 
bolt (13), one washer (60) and one locknut 
(77).  Attach the right and left foot side 
covers (36 / 37) to the foot pedal tube.  
Secure using four screws (70). 
 
Repeat for the left side. 
 
  

 

 
Step 6 

 

Secure the right pedal (31) to the right foot 
pedal tube (9)  using three hex head bolts 
(62) and three washers (63).  
 
Repeat for the left pedal (30).
