IMPORTANT: Levels 2 and 3 should only be used after you are completely comfortable with Level 1.  

For many individuals it is not necessary to advance beyond the Level 1 arch adjustment. 

IMPORTANT: After use remove flexible arch from base to allow it to return to its flat form.

1.   Lay the base and flexible arch on a secured mat, rug, or carpet 

with the wide ends closest to you.

2.   Secure the wide end of the base against your knees. Slide the wide 

end of the flexible arch into the single slot on the wide end of the 

base lining up the small arrows.

3.  Position your hands as shown opposite to 

bend the flexible arch. 

4.  Press down with your fingers and gently 

slide the narrow end of flexible arch into 

the Level 1 position on the base, again 

lining up the small arrows.

ASSEMBLY

If you’re using BackMagic Flex for the first time, it is recommended that you use the foam side of the flexible arch 

until you are completely familiar with the stretching action, before trying the side with the massage points. Also, 

the first time you use the side with the massage points, cover with a towel for increased comfort.

it is to use.
