Put the glue (Ml in hole of the wooden dowel (Hl, fitting the part 7 on the part 4.
Insert two minifix connectors (Ll on the part 7 and rotate clockwise as shown.
Tighten to the limit.
Attach the tube (Gl on the part 4.
Tighten to the limit.
As in the drawing below.
