1.What to do if the

home
does not connect to the
bobo
app
?
• Verify that the
bobo
home
is turned on (green LED blinking).
• Verify that Bluetooth is enabled on your device.
• close the
bobo
app
and open it again.
• In case the
bobo
home
was connected to a different device around
you, close the
bobo
app
from the background of this device before
trying to connect it to a new device.
• Pairing is automatic! Make sure you didn’t pair the
bobo
home
using the Bluetooth Settings tool of your device. If the
bobo
home
was paired in this way, go to SETTINGS > BLUETOOTH press on
BOBOARD3 and choose the FORGET option.
2. What should I do if the status light is off?
• Try to
