Audio components

The installation test permits a
function check of the following
components and their wiring:

Loudspeaker

System speaker, left (two-way
radio/wireless speaker)
System speaker, right (two-way
radio/wireless speaker)
Helmet speaker
PA (speakers for hailing system
and public address system)

Microphones

Helmet microphone
Gooseneck microphone (micro-
phone in operating panel)
PA stub microphone (micro-
phone in two-way radio box)

Buttons

Satellite switch
Extra switch
Multi-Controller

NOTICE

The installation test varies de-
pending on the vehicle's equip-
ment complement and the con-
figuration of the switches.

When the system with its ex-
works configuration is switched
on, the

function is called up

in the Settings menu under
password level 2. Whether or not
two-way radios are connected
is of no significance for the
installation test.
