"City ?" is marked;
1. Press the right-hand rotary control to
start the input procedure
2. Select "M"
The selected letter is highlighted
3. Select the remaining letters of
"München" (Munich) until the place
name is recognised beyond doubt
and the corresponding entry in the
list is marked
4. Select "München" (Munich).
The city name is accepted.
If you do not know the exact
name of a place or its spelling,
it can also be selected from the list
once the first letter has been ente-
red.
Some map CDs in addition list further
places or suburbs under the place-
name you have selected.

5. Select "München, KFS" from the list
as appropriate (KFS = autonomous
city).
The city name is accepted.
Entering road
"Road ?" is marked.

2. Select "L".
The selected letter is highlighted
3. Select the remaining letters of
"Leopoldstraße" until the road name
is recognised beyond doubt and the
corresponding entry in the list is
marked
4. Select "Leopoldstraße".
The road name is accepted.
