In cold areas, the appropriate gasoline oil is selected
according to the local minimum temperature. The
temperature range of various brands of oil is shown
in the following figure.

2. Measurement of oil plane
The amount of oil in the crankcase is measured by
the oil gauge (Fig. 1) mounted on the right side of
the engine. Measure approximately 5 minutes after
engine stop. Take out the oil scale, wipe the oil with
a cleaning cloth, and then insert it into the box to
measure the oil level.
