INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
The CM19E Computer Interface sends and receives Wireless Radio Frequency (RF) signals, and works with BMB
HOME’s software. It receives RF commands from X10 motion detectors (sold separately) and communicates these
commands to the X10 software. The software interprets these commands and tells a CM19E to transmit the
appropriate RF commands to a TM13 Transceiver (sold separately). The CM19E can therefore work with the X10
software to automatically turn on lights, appliances, and cameras when motion is detected and also lets you control
lights, appliances, and cameras over the Internet.
IMPORTANT: Use of the CM19E requires Windows ® 95 OSR 2.1 with USB support, or Windows 98, 2000, Me, or XP.
DO NOT plug the CM19E into your PC until you install the X10 software!
1. Download the desired software application.
2. Install the software following the instructions that came with it.
3. When instructed during the installation process plug the CM19E into any unused USB port.
4. Windows will recognize the CM19E and complete the installation. Refer to the application's help file for additional
information.

Das CM19E Computer-Interface sendet und empfängt kabellose Funksignale (RF) und funktioniert zusammen mit der
BMB-HOME-Software. Es empfängt RF-Signale von den (separat erhältlichen) X10 Bewegungsmeldern und sendet
diese Befehle zur X10 Software. Die Software interpretiert diese Befehle und bringt die CM19E dazu, die
entsprechenden RF-Signale an einen TM13 Transceiver zu senden (ebenfalls separat erhältlich). Das CM19E kann
somit mit der X10 Software zusammenarbeiten, um automatisch Lichter, Geräte und Kameras einzuschalten, sobald
eine Bewegung registriert wird. Sie können Ihre Lichter, Geräte und Kameras auch über das Internet ansteuern!
WICHTIG: Der Gebrauch der CM19E setzt folgende Betriebssysteme voraus:
Windows® 95 OSR 2.1 mit USB-Unterstützung, oder Windows 98, 2000, ME oder XP.
SCHLIESSEN SIE DAS CM19E NICHT AN IHREN PC AN, solange die X10-Software noch nicht installiert ist!
1. Laden Sie die gewünschte Anwendung herunter.
2. Installieren Sie die Software nach der mitgelieferten Anleitung.
3. Während des Installationsprozesses werden Sie dazu aufgefordert, das CM19E in einen unbenutzten USB-
Steckplatz zu stecken.
4. Windows wird das CM19E erkennen und die Installation abschließen. Bitte benutzen Sie die Hilfe-Datei der
Anwendung für weiterführende Informationen.
