Save these instructions for future reference .
• Always wear ear defenders when you are exposed to harmful noise .
• Worn or damaged ear defenders can provide inferior protection . If the cups are cracked, if the
seals are worn or defective, or if they have been exposed to chemicals, they should be discarded
and replaced .
• The audibility of warning signals is impaired when wearing ear defenders .
• Adjust the ear defenders in accordance with the instructions .
• The cups, especially the sealing rings, can deteriorate over time and should always be examined
before use to make sure they are not cracked or admit noise .
• Attaching hygienic protection on the pads can affect the acoustic properties of the cups .
• Failure to follow these instructions will seriously reduce the protection provided by the
ear defenders .
• When used correctly these ear defenders provide excellent protection from high-frequency noise,
which is the major problem with noisy machinery and chainsaws, etc .
