TROUBLE SHOOTING

The cases below do not mean the unit breaks down, please kindly check by yourself

before sending to repair.

ERROR CODE

CAUSE

SOLUTION

Without pot or not the suitable

pot, sound “beep” . The induction

cooker will be off automatically

after 50 seconds.

Put a suitable pot and restart

the induction cooker.

Abnormal voltage supply:

voltage too low

It will be fine when the

voltage become normal

Abnormal voltage supply:

Voltage too high

It will be fine when the

voltage become normal

The Cookware overheats

Let it cool and try again

IGBT overheats

Let it cool and try again

The sensor for cookware is

short-circuited/open

Please go to the authorized

service center for

maintenance

The sensor for IGBT is short-

circuited/open

maintenance

The sensor for cookware is

7. The fan would still working for cooling the plate. In order to make operating

time longer, it is better to plug out after the fan stops working.

8. Please pull out the power cord and put it away when not used for a long time.
