Troubleshooting
Problem
Solution
Tablet will not start
•
Make sure that batteries are installed.
•
Make sure that batteries are charged enough.
•
If batteries are no longer working, replace them with new ones.
•
If the tablet is out of order, contact a service center.
Display screen is
blank or difficult to
read.
•
The brightness may be too low. Adjust the brightness.
•
Avoid direct sunlight environment and adjust reflecting angle.
•
If the tablet is out of order, contact a service center.
Touch panel does
not respond.
•
Touch calibration may not be correct. Perform touch calibration
again.
•
Just after Windows log on, touch response can be slow. Try
touch input in about a minute.
•
Tablet itself may not work, restart the tablet. If the problem
repeats, contact a service center.
Tablet is halted.
•
External electric or physical shock can cause system failure.
Contact a service center.
USB port does not
work.
•
Clean the USB port and retry it.
•
Reboot the tablet and retry it.
•
If the problem repeats, contact a service center.
