THE CORRECT HEIGHT OF YOUR LOW PROFILE SERIES

THE BOTTOM OF THE HOOD SHOULD BE 30" MINIMUM TO 36" MAXIMUM ABOVE THE
COUNTERTOP. THIS WOULD TYPICALLY RESULT IN THE BOTTOM OF THE HOOD BEING 66"
TO 72"  ABOVE THE FLOOR. THE BOTTOM OF THE HOOD SHOULD NEVER BE MORE THAN
72" ABOVE THE FLOOR OR MORE THAN 36" ABOVE THE COUNTERTOP. THESE DIMENSIONS
PROVIDE FOR SAFE AND EFFICIENT OPERATION OF THE HOOD. IF FOR SOME REASON THE
HOOD IS MOUNTED GREATER THAN 72” FROM THE FLOOR, IT MUST BE 6” WIDER THAN THE
RANGE.

LOW PROFILE MODEL HOODS HAVE THE FLEXIBILITY TO EITHER DUCT FROM
THE TOP OR REAR.  CHECK MANUAL FOR RECOMMENDED TRANSITIONS.

HEIGHT FROM FLOOR

68"(MIN)-72"(MAX)

167.6cm-182.9cm

COUNTERTOP

HEIGHT ABOVE COUNTERTOP

30"(MIN)-36"(MAX)

76.2CM-91.4CM

REAR EXHAUST INSTRUCTIONS:

AND SET UNIT DOWN WITH THE BLOWER EXHAUST
FACING UPWARD ON A CLEAN, NON-ABRASIVE BLAN-
KET.
2 - REMOVE ALL L-BRACKET BLOWER ASSEMBLY
MOUNTING SCREWS AND SET THEM ASIDE FOR REAS-
SEMBLY LATER.
3 - REMOVE THE L-BRACKET BLOWER ASSEMBLY
FROM THE UNIT BEING CAREFUL NOT TO DAMAGE
ANY WIRES.
4 - CAREFULLY FLIP THE L-BRACKET BLOWER ASSEM-
BLY AS SHOWN AND SET BACK INTO PLACE ON THE
UNIT.  REINSTALL THE SCREWS YOU HAD SET ASIDE
AND TIGHTEN.
5 - FLIP UNIT UPSIDE DOWN AND CHECK THAT THE
WIRING IS CLEAR FROM ALL MOVING PARTS.  IF NEC-
ESSARY, TIE DOWN ANY LOOSE WIRES TO THE UNIT.
6 - HOOD IS NOW READY FOR INSTALLATION.  SEE
"SITE PREPARATION FOR PRO LINE SERIES".
