• Do not use dangerous flammable liquids such as gasoline, alcohol, diesel
fuel or kerosene to light or relight fires. We recommend using a fire starter
to get the initial burn going.
• Care should be taken to make sure all combustible material is far enough
away from the fire pit to not ignite.
• Always use in accordance with all applicable local and state fire codes.
• Exercise the same precautions as you would with any open fire.
• Do not wear flammable or loose clothing when tending an open fire.
• All surfaces of this fire pit are hot when in operation. To avoid burns and
injury, do NOT touch this fire pit until the fire is out and has completely
cooled.
• Cover the fire pit with spark screen at all times when in use. Use the
poker to add or remove the spark screen. Do not place hot spark screen
on combustible surfaces. Wait until spark screen has completely cooled
before handling without poker.
• Do NOT place the burn chamber or ash catch stand in the carrying bag
until fire is out and both parts are completely cooled.
• Assure fire is completely extinguished before leaving fire pit.
• This fire pit should be inspected and cleaned regularly after each use.
• Any modifications to this appliance may be dangerous and are not
permitted
• Do not empty ash catch stand of any burned residue until the burned
materials have completely cooled.
• The fire pit should not be left outside uncovered when not in use. Store
your fire pit in a dry location out of the weather to ensure continued use.
Exposure to weather, heavy use and UV rays may cause this product to
developed a rusted patina.
