E-Heater
The heating system in the electric bus obtains its heat from the coolant used to cool the drive motor. Low temperature coolant flows
around the drive motor (EM), cooling the motor as it passes, which in turn, heats the coolant. This warm coolant is then used to heat the
interior of the bus. If additional heat is needed, the system has electric heaters or E-Heaters to provide additional heat to the coolant going
to the interior heating system (see diagram below).
