3 Using the Menus
3.1 Messaging
If the short message memory is full, a blinking message icon appears on the top of the screen. While you
enter the messaging interface, you can have the corresponding operation as follows:
• Write message: you can write Text/Multimedia message here.
• Inbox: The message(s) received is saved.
• Drafts: The message(s) not being sent out is saved.
• Outbox: The message(s) failed to be sent out that is saved.
• Sent Messages: The message(s) being sent out is saved.
• Broadcast messages: Cell broadcast is a kind of information service such as weather report, traffic etc that
the network operator sends to the GSM users within certain area.
• Message Settings: you can set the corresponding parameters about Text message, Multimedia message and
Service message.
3.2 Dialer
In the interface, input a complete number to make a call, or enter your Phonebook to pick up a contact to
make a call.
3.3 Media player
You can use it to play music and video. It might be not sufficient space for you to store music in Phone,
you’d better insert a micro SD card for your choice.
3.4 Phonebook
The mobile phone can store up to 300 telephone numbers.
