In this menu, you enter the serial number of the oven. 

 

 

The serial number consists of 9 figures. The serial number of the CombiPlus models 
includes the letters A or B (A = upper oven 

–

 B = lower oven). 

 

 

The serial number is printed on the approval plate. 

 

 

The serial number is used in the HACCP mode and in the menus 

Oven back-up

 and 

Restore 

from backup. 

 

 

The serial number can only be deleted if it holds 9 figures. Press
