The fan(s) do(es) not get started.
No power supply to the air handling
unit.
Make sure the power supply line is connected correctly,
otherwise troubleshoot a connection error.
Low air flow.
Contaminated filters, fans or the heat
exchanger.
Clean or replace the filters; clean the fan(s) and the heat
exchanger.
Contaminated or damaged ventilation
system.
Clean the ventilation system components. Replace
damaged components.
Noise, vibration.
Contaminated impeller.
Clean the impellers.
Loose screw connection in the fan or
the casing.
Tighten the mounting screws of the fans or the casing
against stop.
Water leakage.
Contaminated, damaged or wrong
mounted drainage system.
Clean the drainage system. Check the drain line slope angle.
Make sure that the U-trap is filled with water and the drain
pipes are frost protected.
DI1 or DI3 errors are displayed on
the control panel.
Missing heater during activated heating
mode.
Deactivate the heating mode to troubleshoot the alarm
indicators. If the errors are still displayed on the control panel,
please refer to the product Seller for troubleshooting.
TROUBLESHOOTING
STORAGE AND TRANSPORTATION RULES
•
Store the unit in the manufacturer’s original packaging box in a dry closed ventilated premise with temperature range from +5 ˚С (+41 ˚F) to +40 ˚С (+104 ˚F).
•
Storage environment must not contain aggressive vapours and chemical mixtures provoking corrosion, insulation, and sealing deformation.
•
Use suitable hoist machinery for handling and storage operations to prevent possible damage to the unit.
•
Follow the handling requirements applicable for the particular type of cargo.
•
The unit can be carried in the original packaging by any mode of transport provided proper protection against precipitation and mechanical damage. The unit
can be transported only in the working position.
•
Avoid sharp blows, scratches, or rough handling during loading and unloading.
•
Prior to the initial power-up after transportation at low temperatures allow the unit to warm up at room temperature for at least 3-4 hours.
