6. Maintenance
Cleaning
Cover and additional parts are to be cleaned with water. Upper part (1) is to be cleaned
with a moist cloth. Let the Cover and additional parts dry-up
Filter replacement
When the suction power reduces to low, and cleaning of the filter cartridges (12) does not
improve this (taking into account that there is an new dust bag is installed or the bin (7)
is emptied), then it is necessary that the filter cartridges are renewed.
1.
Shake clean the filter cartridge with main switch 2a.
2.
With a coin or are other suitable tool the lock (5) located at lever (4) must
be turned 90 ° anti-clockwise and lever (4) must be pressed backwards.
3.
Hinge the cover backwards.
4.
Take out filter-cartridges (12) out and seal them in a dust-tight bag.
Dispose the polluted waste according to the local regulations.
5.
Place new filters.
6.
Close the cover and lock it by pressing it carefully downwards until it is
locked.
When the engine filter (13) is polluted, this is proof of a defect filter cartridge (12).
1.
Take out the filter cartridge.
2.
Wash out the engine filter with streaming water.
3.
Dry the filter and put it back in place again.
