Like explained above, the IP-Range must be in a different Subnet
than the NMS port. It automatically avoids that… already explained … Maybe we will change that
"securism" in a future release to give the user the chance to use one switch and use IGMP or port
isolation / Multicast blocking setup methods to avoid flooding…
The reason why the streaming port definitely needs an IP address is simple: W/o any obligatory IP
Address, the connected network would not be aware of this port. Also - it's mandatory if you want to
stream in Unicast mode. Destination and Sender must be defined properly.
Select streaming mode UDP or RTP/RTSP. We skip an explanation of these protocols. Please Google for it
if necessary.
Input configuration
For CBR usage, a fixed Bitrate can be chosen. Note:
