Malfunctions
Malfunctions Possible causes Error correction
Blue LED on the mixer tap
is not lighting up - Mixer tap is not receiving
electricity - Connect the power supply unit for the control
box to the mains
- Check the connections on the control box
- The volume wheel is at “0” - Turn the volume wheel and set
an amount > “0”
Water does not run when
the sensor is activated - Connecting hoses
are kinked
- Connecting hoses
are wrongly attached
- The volume wheel is at “0”
- Filter head is connected in
the incorrect flow direction
- Electronic devices are
in front of the sensor
- Connect hoses without kinks
- Connect the hoses according to
the assembly instructions
- Turn the volume wheel and set
an amount > “0”
- Check whether the filter cartridge has
been connected against the flow direction,
and change the flow direction
- Remove electronic devices
Cold and/or warm water
is not running - Connecting hoses
are kinked
- Connecting hoses are
wrongly attached
- Connect hoses without kinks
- Connect the hoses according to
the assembly instructions
The set water quantity
for filter or hot water is
significantly different - Malfunctions in the control
box - Unplug the power supply of the control
box for one minute, then connect it to
the mains again
