Switching on
1 - Turn off the appliance's circuit breaker to
disconnect it from the electrical mains.
Icon (e5) illuminates.
2 - Press button
(A)
to set the circuit board in
standby mode.
Icon (e5) goes out and icons (e4) illuminate; 4 red
dashes will appear on the display (e6).
3 - Press button
(A)
again to switch on the
appliance and start the cooking cycle.
The temperature will appear in red on the display (e6).
Switching off
1 - Hold button
(A)
down for ±6 seconds to switch
the appliance off.
Icon (e5) illuminates.
Important
The appliance is still powered up.
2 - Turn off the appliance's circuit breaker to
disconnect it from the electrical mains.
Starting
To carry out this operation, proceed as fol-
lows.
1 - Switch on the appliance (see page 8).
2 - Press button
(D)
once, twice or three times
to select the three heating element operat-
ing modes.
- left icon on
: the front heating element is on (see also
electrical system diagram fig.1 at the back of the
manual).
- left and middle icons on
: the middle and rear
heating elements are on (see also electrical system
diagram fig.2 at the back of the manual).
- All three icons on
: the front, middle and rear
heating elements are on (see also electrical system
diagram fig.3 at the back of the manual).
3 - Press buttons
(B)
and
(C)
to decrease or
increase the temperature set.
The temperature appears in red on the display (e6);
once the set temperature is reached, it will be
shown in green.
Stopping
1 - Press button
(A)
to switch the appliance to
standby mode and stop the cooking cycle.
2 - Press button
(A)
again to switch the appliance
OFF.
3 - Turn off the appliance's circuit breaker to
disconnect it from the electrical mains.
