INSTALLATION
Malfunction, property damage
Do not use any hose extensions to the boiler – neither at the outlet nor at the
inlet.
Malfunction
The boiler will not work if you invert the water connections.
Damage, scalding, injury
The supplied safety assembly module, and only the supplied module, must
be installed directly upstream of the boiler inlet in the correct direction of
fl ow. It must be installed in such a way that it won’t cause a blockage in
the connection between the safety assembly module and the boiler inlet.
4. Preparation work
Water installation

Flush the water pipelines thoroughly.
Mixer taps

Use appropriate BLANCO hot water mixer taps only. Other mixer taps are not
permitted.
Connecting to power

Carry out all electrical connection and installation work in accordance with regulations.

The connection cable with EU plug is designed for a safety socket outlet CEE 7
type F. The UK connection cable is designed for a safety socket outlet type BS
1363. It must be freely accessible after the boiler is installed.

Do not plug the boiler into a multiple socket outlet.

It is not permitted to use a direct (permanently installed) electrical line to connect to
the power network.
5. Installation location
Material damage
The system must be installed in a frostproof room only.

Install the boiler in an upright position and close to the tapping point. The boiler
is suitable for installation under worktops. The boiler must not be operated in a
horizontal position.
