STEP 1

Attach the Front Stabilizer (73) to the 

bottom front portion of the Base Frame 

(64) using the screw (19), Washer (62), 

Nylock Nut (20), and Plastic Cap (21) 

combination.

STEP 2

Attach the Rear Stabilizer (74) to the 

bottom back portion of the Base Frame 

(64) using the screw (19), Washer (62), 

Nylock Nut (20), and Plastic Cap (21) 

combination.
