CONNECTION
Perform the following steps to connect the splitter to your system.
1.
Ensure that all devices to be connected are powered off and
disconnected from their power sources.
2.
Using a Toslink® digital optical S/PDIF cable (available
separately), plug one end into the optical input on your
output device (e.g., amplifier, TV, etc.), then plug the other
end into the OUT port on the switch.
3.
Using a Toslink digital optical S/PDIF cable (available
separately), plug one end into one of the IN ports on the
switch, then plug the other end into the optical output on
one of your audio source devices (e.g., DVD player, gaming
console, etc.). Repeat for up to three additional audio source
devices.
4.
Plug the included IR Receiver into the IR jack on the switch,
then position the receiver bulb where it can receive IR signals
from the included IR Remote Control.
5.
Plug one end of the included USB Power Cable into the USB
POWER port on the splitter, then plug the other end into a
USB power source, such as a computer, wall charger, etc.
(available separately).
6.
Press the ON/OFF button to turn the switch on. One of the
LEDs will illuminate to indicate the selected input and to
indicate that power is applied.
