Connect a local or setup monitor to the camera using the service video output test cable.

Power on the local setup monitor.

While observing video from the camera, loosen the gimbal lock knob and aim the camera at your surveillance target (field of
view).
10. Tighten the gimbal lock knob to hold the camera in position.
11. Configure the camera as needed using the OSD setup menus. See “SECTION 3 Configuration Setup” on page 6 .
