Always choose a safe location for the kettle, keeping in mind the safety precautions
outlined. Ensure all packaging has been removed from the unit before use. This appliance
requires no installation.

WARNING:

TOO LITTLE WATER MAY DAMAGE THE HEATING

ELEMENT AND OVERFILLING MAY CAUSE THE BOILING WATER TO BE
EJECTED.

Place the unit on a dry, level and heat-resistant surface, away from the edge of the work surface.

Ensure that the cord has been fully unwound and does not overhang the work surface as this is a

hazard. Do not use the unit on the floor.

For first time use, it is recommended that you fill the kettle to the maximum level mark with fresh

tap water, then boil and empty. Repeat this process at least two times to clear the kettle of any

dust or materials from the manufacturing process. Do not drink this water.

To set your desired temperature:
1. Open lid and fill with water, ensuring you do not exceed the maximum level.
2. Ensure the switch is in the OFF position before plugging the power plug into the socket.
3. Close the lid and switch the unit on.
4. Press the temperature reg button to select desired temperature (50°C, 70°C, 80°C,

90°C and 100°C)

5. After selecting the temperature, press the On/Off button to start boiling. Once the set

temperature has been reached, you will hear a beep; the kettle will enter standby mode.

After 5 minutes a beep will sound twice, indicating that your kettle has entered sleep mode.

To use the keep warm function:

5. After selecting the temperature, press and hold the On/Off button for 3 seconds. The kettle

will boil to your desired temperature and will then maintain it.

Tip: If you are just wanting to use the kettle to boil water to 100°C, press the On/Off button once,

once you have followed steps 1-3 and this will boil to the default setting.
