on the top of the power head handle

•  To operate blower in high speed, slide the ON/OFF

CAUTION:

 Always wear safety glasses and 

hearing protection. Wear a filter mask if the operation 
is dusty. Use of gloves, long pants and substantial 
footwear is recommended. Keep long hair and loose 
clothing away from openings and moving parts.

 into the tool handle.

•  Hold the blow tube approximately 7 inches (180 mm) 

above the ground, turn the blower ON and using a 
sweeping motion from side to side, advance slowly 
keeping the accumulated debris/leaves in front of you 
as shown in Fig. G.

MAINTENANCE

 

WARNING:

 To reduce the risk of 

serious personal injury, turn unit off and remove 
the battery pack before making any adjustments 
or removing/installing attachments or 
accessories.

Cleaning

 

WARNING:

 Blow dirt and dust out of all 

air vents with clean, dry air at least once a week. To 
minimize the risk of eye injury, always wear ANSI Z87.1 
approved eye protection when performing this.

 

WARNING:

 Never use solvents or other 

harsh chemicals for cleaning the non-metallic parts 
of the tool. These chemicals may weaken the plastic 
materials used in these parts. Use a cloth dampened 
only with water and mild soap. Never let any liquid 
get inside the tool; never immerse any part of the tool 
into a liquid.

 

WARNING:

 SHOCK HAZARD. DO NOT 

POUR OR SPRAY WATER ON THE TOOL IN AN ATTEMPT 
TO CLEAN.

Use only mild soap and a damp cloth to clean the tool. 
Never let any liquid get inside the tool; never immerse any 
part of the tool into a liquid. 
Do not store the tool on or adjacent to fertilizers or 
chemicals. Such storage can cause rapid corrosion of the 
metal parts.

listed in this manual) should be performed by authorized 
service centers or other qualified service personnel, always 
using identical replacement parts.
